French Cassettes, Yassou Benedict and Emily Moldy play an all age free show at 23rd & Telegraph in Oakland from 5pm. Another all age free show is going on from 9pm, with doors at 6, at Oakland's Uptown from The Sam Chase, Rin Tin Tiger, TV Mike & The Scarecrows and The Heather Jovanelli Band. Everyone Is Dirty have a record release and will be playing along with Sister Crayon and Yi Xi at The Rickshaw Stop in an all age show from 9pm.

Noothgrush, Fema Coffin and Korrosik play a 9pm show for $7 at Eli's Mile High Club. Slim's gives you a hip hop show from San Quinn, The Jacka, Equipto and DJ Traxamillion from 9pm. Mission Creek Oakland seem to have a few events this weekend - including Bart Davenport, The Blank Tapes, Foxtails Brigade, Scary Little Friends, B. Hamilton, Deep Ellum, Mount Whateverest, Easy Living and Super Natural all listed to play at Block Party - Washington between 9th and 10th - Oakland for free from noon.

Continuing the Mission Creek Oakland festivities, Eight Belles, Billy Manzik, The Sean Mcardle Band, Laura Benitez & The Heartache and Three Times Bad can be caught at Pacific Coast Brewing in Oakland for free from 11am today. Couches have an EP release and will be playing along with Pink Slime, Basil and Modern Man in an $8 show from 9pm at Oakland's Nitelight. The Hemlock offers you Roland, Panther Attack and Twin Trilogy for $7 from 8-30. You can catch Sunbeam Rd., Saint Anne's Place and Marcus Pone playing The Hotel Utah for $7 from 8pm.
