SF RECOMMENDED SHOWS 2014: OCTOBER 1

1. Dominion, Crimson Scarlet and Mane play an $8 show from 9pm at The El Rio.

2. Steakhouse and The Black Marshmallows both have an album to release tonight, and play a show along with The Verms at the BOTH for 21+ peeps with $8 starting 9pm.

3. Ice Cream have an EP release show for $6 tonight, playing along with The Green Door and Sweet Plot at Thee Parkside for 21+ peeps from 9pm.

4. La Plebe, The Gr'ups, Bobby Joe Ebola & The Children MacNuggits, Love Songs and Bhangra Dance Performance & Lesson play Kamala's and Frank Marriage Celebration from 8pm in an all age show costing $10.

4. Everybody Row, Sleep Spindles, Alaska, Twin Cities and Trust Club play a $10 show from 7pm at Honey Hive Gallery - 4117 Judah Street.

4. Cruel Summer, Literature and Smiles have a 21+ show at The Hemlock costing $8 tonight.

3-4-5. Hardly Strictly Bluegrass is on at Golden Gate Park, offering all age free music from 11am. Bands include: Bill Kirchen & Too Much Fun, The Good Life, Chris Isaak, The Waybacks, Lucinda Williams, Willie Watson, The Apache Relay, Emmylou Harris, Caitlin Rose, Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds, Holler Down The Hollow, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Kate York, Striking Matches, Sun Kil Moon, Carlene Carter and Blue Rodeo.

7. The Body (Portland), Sandworm (Providence), Burmese, Striations
at the Night Light, Oakland 21+ $8 9pm
