Music Events 2012: 66 & Outside Lands

My second fav band Astral have a show on tonight. They are playing alongside O Presidente and Farewell Typewriter at Sub-Mission Gallery in an all age show. If you fancy some bluegrass, head on over to CDN to catch Midtown Dickens, Possum And Lester, Three Times Bad and The Human Condition if you are 21+ at 9. The Elbo Room gives you a $10 show at 10 from Lost Dog Found, Mari & The Monitors and burlesque dancers. The Hemlock offers Sporting Life, My Second Surprise and Vir for $7 at 9-30. Cobra Skulls, Dear Landlord, Dr. Frank, The Murderburgers, Hard Girls and Dead Ringer share an all age show for $10 at 924 Gilman Street. Eli's Mile High Club offers you Crawlin', Heavy action, Crypt Keeper and Satya Sena for $6 at 9. Red Eye Revue have a CD release on at Slim's tonight, with more music coming from Mr. Chin's Hot Sauce, Sunny Gunn's Firestorm and Jim Bruno for $10 at 8pm. Thee Parkside have an all age free show on at 3pm from The Rinds, Self Inflicted Wounds and Black Bend.

Danny Allen And The Pretty Monsters and Low Rollers can be caught at Thee Parkside for free at 4pm. BOTH gives you Champagne Champagne, The Knux and Rec League for $10 at 8.

Outside Lands is on at Golden Gate Park. (Check flyer) Tix are a humungous $95PD - or $225 for 3 days.
