For a Noise Pop event, try Psychic Ills, Mike Donovan and Follakzoid playing an 8pm show at The Hemlock. Mr Kind play their first show in Oakland at Farley's East with Girl Named T tonight.

Pins Of Light, White Barons, Wild Eyes and Owl play a 5-8pm Noise Pop show at Bender's for free. The Hemlock gives you Bronze, Aussie band Holy Balm and Screature if you are 21+ with $7 tonight. Another Noise Pop event is on from Jukebox The Ghost, Matt Pond, The Lighthouse And The Whaler and French Cassettes at The Rickshaw Stop listed as all age and starting at 8. Yet another Noise pop event is on at BOTH from 9 tonight - where you can catch Sonny & The Sunsets, Magic Trick, Cool Ghouls and Dune Rats for $12.

The Brick & Mortar gives you Minor Birds, Kat Jones, The Parmesans and Misisipi Mike tonight at 9. BOTH offers some Noise Pop in the form of Caspian, Native and The Dandelion War at 6 for $12. Exhausted Pipes, Jurimiko, Ragz The King, Thedevil'sco, Direction, First Contact, Rafa's One Man Band, Kingdom Scorned, Silent Giant and Really Realtors all play a 4pm show at The Metro in Oakland for $10 as part of Battle of the Bands.
